We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Offseason is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not affiliated with Yahoo or any fantasy sports platforms. Data imported from Yahoo is subject to Yahoo's own terms and availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offseason shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of Offseason after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
